Precautions for using the caulking Gun

The caulking Gun is a simple mechanical device that uses the principle of leverage. When used in conjunction with a glue bucket or glue stick, it can easily press the glue in the glue bucket out of the tip, greatly saving operating time.

1. The connected air pressure should not be greater than 145psi.

2. Before disassembling the caulking Gun, you need to separate the air pressure tube.

3. To operate smoothly, after each application, use the solvent recommended by the sealant manufacturer to wipe away the remaining sealant in the barrel. (It is not allowed to soak the caulking Gun in solvent)

4. During construction, the front end cover of the gun barrel should be closed tightly at all times.

5. After construction, please release the caulking Gun gently and be careful not to damage the front cover and rear muffler.

6. Do not point the gun at people.

7. During continuous operation, the caulking Gun should generally not stop working for more than 5 minutes each time. Otherwise, glue should be applied until the glue is discharged.

8. The high-pressure hose must not be forcibly squeezed or bent to prevent it from affecting the normal operation of the caulking Gun.
